                        JOB FUNCTIONS/SKILLS

Purpose: Establish skill level-of-performance for the various
functions and job titles used by ACS staff in their duties as part of
the Regional Emergency Operations Center (REOC) and is a separately
included part of GOALS AND STANDARDS.

This was the original layout by Bruce, not his finished work.
There were other elements to cover and the desigations were what
applied to the Fresno Office of the State Office of Emergency
Services where the position titles vary from other locations. 
Titles change, but what is important are the concepts embodied
within this work. The ideas he utilized are worthy of study by
program managers.

Bruce contributed much to all that he touched. He is, and
will be, missed.
